del trabajoThe role of the Sales Planning & Performance Analyst is to support the Manager to deliver reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.This candidate should be familiar with Sales organization, initiatives and data, to be able to both report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision making.To do so, the P&P Analyst will work hand in hand with different stakeholders (both within the P&P team as well as outside) to ensure general delivery.Main responsibilitiesEstablish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance from a Sales perspective and throughout the different management levels.Participate in the creation of compelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions and facilitate decision-making process.Work together with regional Sales teams to analyze and understand performance related to the different initiatives, and facilitate the development related action plans moving forward.Conduct detailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and / or feedback from regional teams.Develop analytical models to assist the strategic and tactical decision-making processes related to Sales incentives, sizing, organization, etc.Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency when it comes to data related to specific initiatives he is managing.Key interactionsRest of Planning & Performance teamSales TeamOther teams within Commercial Enablement Hub (Distribution, Commercial Development)Sales Center of ExcellenceData Analytics team (BI)Other teams such as HR or ProductCandidate profileExcellent analytical and numerical skills; able to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources clearly and succinctly; strong attention to detail.Reliable presentation and communication skills (verbal and written); able to interpret, summarize and present data and progress clearly and succinctly; able to influence business partner's decisions.Methodical and organized mindset.Results-oriented, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality and proactive attitude, able to take initiative to propose and lead individual pieces of work or solve problems with minimal supervision.Strong drive, capacity to push and make things happen while engaging with relevant key stakeholders.Team spirit and attitude, comfortable working in multiple initiatives simultaneously.Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.SQL skills are highly valued (not required).Experience with data analysis and modelling software (Tableau) is valued (not required).Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued (not required).
