Como fundadores de la nueva Sandoz, es un tiempo de grandes oportunidades para todos, en lo personal y en lo profesional.Juntos vamos a diseñar el futuro de Sandoz, ¿estás listo para este reto?Como Retail Account Representative, tu misión será promover la cartera y los servicios de Sandoz a los clientes proporcionando información y educación que permite obtener resultados optimizados para los pacientes.Zona de trabajo: Burgos y Palencia.Tus responsabilidades incluirán:Promover la cartera y los servicios de Sandoz proporcionando los datos más recientes, relevantes y autorizados, mensajes clave e información sobre enfermedades al cliente adecuado en el momento adecuado, para apoyar la toma de decisiones de HCP y optimizar los resultados de los pacientes de una manera ética.Aprovechar todas las fuentes de datos disponibles para crear, priorizar dinámicamente y adaptar el territorio relevante y los planes de participación del cliente.Mantener un conocimiento profundo y actual de la industria, dinámica de la competencia y el comprador y centrar el esfuerzo en las oportunidades prioritarias de los clientes.Aprovechar las habilidades avanzadas de compromiso con el cliente para ofrecer interacciones con el cliente de alta calidad y maximizar la experiencia del cliente para el beneficio de los pacientes.Comportarse éticamente, cumplir con los requisitos reglamentarios y adherirse a los valores y comportamientos de Sandoz.Notificar quejas técnicas / eventos adversos / escenarios de casos especiales relacionados con los productos Sandoz dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la recepción.Distribuir muestras de comercialización (cuando proceda).Qué debes aportar al puesto:Experiencia comercial contrastada en el entorno farmacéutico.Se valorará la experiencia en el mercado de genéricos.Conocimiento de la zona asignada.Capacidad de colaboración.Alto nivel de proactividad y orientación al cliente.Capacidad de resolución de problemas.Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
