We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work. THE ROLE Reporting into an AD you provide day-to-day executional support to the internal account team. You will play a key role in the smooth and successful delivery of our clients campaigns by: Supporting the account team and relevant departments for all client needs, including scheduling client calls, coordinating logistics for client meetings, documents client meeting notes and supporting creative teams on compiling presentations Build solid relationships with clients, with articulate communication via email, calls and face to face meetings Maintaining correct and up-to-date folders Supporting creative briefs with relevant inputs Keeping the team aware of competitor activities and relevant global brand activities Keeping a global mindset – collating relevant insights and learnings Being responsible for final delivery of files to the markets and being point of contact post delivery Understanding and actioning agency processes to ensure smooth delivery, especially to meet client deadlines Mastering client approval processes and delivery (systems) Developing a detailed understanding of multi-channel campaign delivery processes Being a fast learner, problem solver, and someone who is motivated to serve our clients while making great creative work is also a must.
