The Opportunity
To complement our small startup team, we are looking for a highly ambitious Product Designer; a creative and strategic thinker and do-er to take on a dual role, merging the best of product design and product management. You'll drive the vision, design, and execution of our platform, shaping how AI transforms customer service. This role is tailored to the person who is both excellent in product design and product management.
The role Lead Product Development: You define and execute the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with our mission to optimize customer support through AI.
Design Excellence: You develop intuitive and impactful user experiences for our AI-driven tools and platforms. This includes: User research: Talking with our customers and users to understand their needs. Prototyping: Creating low fidelity prototypes to gather feedback. UI design: Creating high fidelity designs in Figma that follow our existing brand and design system. User experience design: Understanding the complex workflows that our users need to carry out to get value from our product, and helping to shape and refine them in discussion with the tech team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You partner with our developers, customer success team, and clients to refine and enhance our offering.
User-Centric Approach: You use data, user feedback, and insights to iterate and evolve the product. What We're Looking For: A highly ambitious young professional who wants to go for the adventure of a lifetime. 3-5 years of experience in product design and management, ideally within SaaS. A track record of bringing innovative products to market. Strong UX/UI skills with a focus on simplicity and usability. An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for startups and growth.
