As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Water Management team in the EMEA region.Position: Supply Chain Coordinator – EMEA Water ManagementAs a Supply Chain Coordinator you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of products and services within the supply chain in our Barcelona location. Your responsibilities will encompass important aspects of our business, including order management, supplier collaboration and inventory control.About your position:Order ManagementProcess customer orders and ensure timely delivery of goodsCoordinate with internal and external teams (such as Sales, Warehousing, Suppliers) to meet customer demand and fundamental KPIsMonitor order status, organize and track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment processLiaise with Customer Service to follow up on orders to suppliers and from customersCollaborate closely with the Purchasing and Finance teams to select, onboard and manage suppliersMaintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance regularlyResolve any supplier-related issues promptly to minimize disruptionsShare any potential issues with the BD/Sales Team that may create disruptionsProcess purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goodsFoster positive relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and mutual understandingCommunicate effectively with suppliers regarding changes in demand, quality requirements, and delivery schedulesWork together with suppliers to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings (Incoterms, packaging etc.)Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventoryOptimize inventory turnover by implementing effective inventory control practices through our ERP system (D365)Create, maintain, update and follow up on individual SKUs' safety stocksCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient storageData base maintenance & Internal coordinationCreate and maintain new items and existing items in our ERP system (D365)Align with Sales on any promotional activitiesCoordinate shipments from all regions with Logistics departmentAbout your expertise:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, customer service or inventory managementStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesProficiency in using supply chain software and toolsEnglish language at professional level is mandatorySpanish and other European languages will be a plusJoin our team and be part of a company that is committed to delivering supply chain excellence for our Water Management customers.
