.Sales Assistant to a well-known Agency in Marbella Serneholt Estate was founded in 2016 in Spain and is now one of the most well-known Agencies on the Costa del Sol. We had another record-breaking year in 2022 selling properties for more than 100 million Euros. We have a total of 8 offices across mainland Spain and the Canary Islands. Our ambition for 2024 is to have another record-breaking year, and we are therefore looking to expand our support team at our office located in San Pedro de Alcantara. Job Description – Sales Assistant located in San Pedro de Alcantara We have a great team of four Agents who have been with us for several years, and we are looking for a superstar to join our team and be part of our success in 2024. We will supply you with the best tools to develop and grow your skills both professionally and personally. The culture we have created over the years is very important to us, and we run company events and team-building activities throughout the year for all offices to encourage relationships across all teams. As an example, we recently went to Tenerife in March 2024 for a team-building activity and company meeting. To exceed our clients' expectations and achieve the quality standards we stand for, you will be part of a thorough onboarding process with our Office Manager. We will train you in the client processes around sales, company culture, systems, areas, and new developments. Responsibilities Our main priority is finding professionals who focus on our brand identity, building long-term relationships, and are service-focused. Previous experience and knowledge of Real Estate is a big plus, but not necessary. You will manage incoming calls, requests by email and phone, and attend to clients visiting our office daily. You will be responsible for keeping our office in perfect condition and updating our window cards with properties to support our Agents in their day-to-day job. You should be able to book and arrange viewings, update our property listings and new developments in the CRM system, and prepare viewings – training will be provided to ensure you are confident in supporting our Agents. After-sale support helping our clients with anything they might need, from key management to going the extra mile to ensure we have satisfied Clients. Job Requirements Language skills are important in our international market. For this position, you should master at least English and Spanish. Speaking any other languages is considered a huge plus. General knowledge about the local area is essential. We are a digital office and work with several software packages; therefore, it is important that you have good computer skills, general experience working with CRM systems, and good skills in Microsoft Office. You should be punctual, flexible, and have attention to detail. You are the first contact some of our clients will have with Serneholt Estate, so it's important that you are friendly, make eye contact, and are willing to help
