Across the globe, our cross-functional teams create online gaming platform as well as sports and fintech betting solutions that reach hundreds of thousands of users daily guided by our motto "Fearlessly Forward" together.Your missionThe Senior Management Accountant will perform in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and specifically in both local GAAP and IFRS. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to daily activities and will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities.What you'll doResponsible for closing the monthly management accounts in line with group policies, close in 3 working daysSupervise the Finance Assistant and/or Management Accountant and review their work in the task where they assist youResponsible for cash flow management and reportingEnsure that Financial dimensions are applied correctlyDeal with local audits, both internal and externalSubmit VAT and other direct and indirect taxes and deal with any requirement from Tax AgencyPerform regular Balance Sheet reviewsSupport budget and forecasting activities, working closely with the Finance business partnerAssisting with balance sheet reconciliations in multi-currency ledgers and revaluations and prepare a monthly workbookComplete quarterly risks and controls evaluations in the ICS softwareProvide support, where required, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of departmental and business goals and requirementsEstablish or improve processes as requiredWork closely with the Local Accounting Team and the Group accounting team for Local and Group related audit mattersAd hoc reporting as requested by the Finance Manager/Finance DirectorWhat you'll bringMinimum 5 years of progressive accounting experienceExperience with working to tight deadlinesSolid experience with local tax fillingsThe Group Accounting System is MS D365, experience with this system is preferredProficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, OutlookStrong leadership skills as well as being proactiveExceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and SpanishExcellent attention to detailAbility to work as a team player in a fast-paced environmentNice to have:Finance or professional accounting designation ie ACCA, CIMAThe above list of duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that are reasonably expected within the scope and grading of the post.What's in it for youPrivate life and health insurance for you and your familyFour weeks per year to work from anywhere for eligible employeesGym reimbursementCompany bus lines for convenient transportation applicable for employees Malaga basedRelocation package for you and your family including soft-landing package services to help you settle in (applicable for relocation to Malaga, if you are moving from a different city/country)Learning Pocket for personal developmentA hybrid working model with flexible hours3 volunteering paid days each yearGenerous referral programmeWorkplace perks such as gaming room with darts, pool, ping pong table, foosball, consoles and much more We also enjoy massages and a kitchen stocked with coffee, fruits, nuts and ice creamExcited about this opportunity?
