Join Our Team as the Global Head of Travel Operations Hubs
Are you ready to lead the global operations of our Travel business and drive transformation across multiple countries? Axa Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Global Head of Travel Operations Hubs. You'll play a key part in shaping the future of our Travel business and making a real impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement the operating model for our global network of travel hubs
Lead end-to-end operations, managing cross-country deals and a team of ~1,000 FTEs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local business entities to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of operational objectives
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of all hubs
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of operational leaders and staff across the hubs
Leverage technology to drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery
Contribute to the design and implementation of robust operational strategies and processes to optimize customer experience, productivity, and quality across all hubs

Your Profile:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior operations leadership role within a global organization
Deep understanding of customer service best practices and the Assistance business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, French, German) as a plus
Proven track record in delivering and managing multi-location operations, preferably in a service or assistance-related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
