Somos una startup dinámica en busca de un Head of Marketing dinámico y estrella para apoyar el emocionante negocio en la industria Edtech. Tenemos una plataforma interactiva para cambiar la forma en que funciona la tutoría, haciéndola accesible y asequible, y necesitamos tu ayuda.
Estamos ubicados en Barcelona rodeados de otros equipos de start-ups dinámicas.
¿Cómo será tu día a día? Planificar, implementar y gestionar estrategias de crecimiento para adquirir y retener clientes.Hacer crecer nuestra comunidad a través de una estrategia de contenido que cree valor.Aumentar la conversión a través de embudos B2C inteligentes.Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar campañas de marketing efectivas.Gestión diaria de los canales de adquisición pagada, desde la operación hasta el análisis de los resultados y la optimización de campañas individuales (los principales canales son Facebook Ads y Google Ads).Poseer, dirigir e informar sobre métricas clave de eficiencia de marketing como CAC, LTV y ROAS.Entender a tu audiencia objetivo y los comportamientos de los clientes para crear estrategias y campañas que imaginen todo el recorrido del usuario desde la creación de la cuenta hasta la compra.Analizar datos creativos y presentar ideas y recomendaciones estratégicas al equipo creativo.Aplicar el método científico a diario, proponiendo hipótesis y probándolas para consolidar aprendizajes y aumentar constantemente el nivel básico de calidad del equipo.Documentar hallazgos de manera estructurada para contribuir a la base de conocimiento global de la empresa.El candidato ideal: Más de 4 años de experiencia en marketing pagado, preferiblemente en productos de consumo.Hablante nativo de español.Experiencia con la experimentación creativa.Experiencia en start-ups de rápido crecimiento.Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.Un estratega natural.Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar campañas de marketing efectivas.Pasión por el sector digital.Obsesión por el cliente.Únete a Nuclio Talent y ayuda a conectar el mejor talento con las mejores oportunidades
