CAF Digital & Design Solutions is a multidisciplinary engineering centre specialising in the development of railway vehicle projects, as well as an accelerator in the implementation of digital manufacturing and a benchmark in digitalisation and additive production in the capital equipment sector.
Our main line of business has been developed in the field of rail transport, although other lines of work have now been successfully established, such as the automotive sector and our CAF Digital Manufacturing business unit, which covers all the services that make up the digital cycle.
With all this, we are dedicated to Multidisciplinary Engineering and Consultancy services specialising in Design Projects, Refurbishments, Wagons,
Commissioning and Maintenance of infrastructures. With the extensive experience accumulated in the transport sector and with our highly qualified team, we are committed to developing solutions aimed at safety, economic viability and environmental sustainability.
Mission of the position :
Garantizar el análisis del proyecto para asegurar el diseño del vehículo ferroviario satisfaciendo las necesidades y requerimientos del cliente final, velando por el cumplimiento de requisitos del proyecto, implementando para ello, las políticas y procedimientos definidas desde la matriz.
Functions and responsibilities :
Realización de análisis de datos de proyecto.
- Participa activamente con el equipo de diseño de un proyecto, liderando el análisis de datos del proyecto para la posterior ejecución.
- Utiliza los procedimientos y herramientas diseñados desde la matriz para trazar el proceso de análisis.
- Analiza las incidencias detectadas durante el proceso para la búsqueda de soluciones.
Validación de los datos presentes en el proyecto para cliente final.
- Confirma y asegura mediante control documental los resultados de sus análisis.
- Refleja en los informes la veracidad de sus resultados de análisis, así como sus limitaciones si las hubiera.
Comunicación y corrección de desviaciones detectadas en los proyectos donde participa.
- Estudia, analiza y subsana las posibles incidencias que pudieran derivarse desde el inicio de su participación en el proyecto.
- Comunica al equipo el impacto de sus resultados para poder validar repercusiones en el desarrollo y ejecución del proyecto.
Training required :
Formación deseable: Ingeniería Superior (diseño industrial, tecnología) con posgrado en Métodos y Procesos, Análisis y Visualización de Datos, Matemática.
La experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos de Técnico de Ingeniería.
Conocimientos en programación así como en simulaciones (mecánicas).
Idiomas: Castellano, Inglés Avanzado.
