We are growing our teams and this is an opportunity for you to join our sunny Barcelona office as a Data/Product Analyst. You will work with product analysts and data scientists embedded in our games team. Your key role will be in defining, extracting, and actioning product data from big datasets, covering data mining to reporting. You will also show the impact of product data via dashboards and visualizations to key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Implement tracking in games to capture player data and create reports on player behavior and product performance. Form new insights and perspectives that inform decisions and help us continue to delight players. Produce reports and deliver insights that impact the future direction of our games and the game roadmap. Work with game teams and DWH to produce data pipelines that empower end users. Work with product and game teams to create reports and monitoring of daily KPIs. Investigate issues in the Production environment, analyze and optimize existing product features and A/B tests. Apply creative thinking towards designing, testing, verifying, and implementing solutions. Main Benefits: 25 days per year, Christmas closure, BCN Bank Holidays, and Birthday off. Strong SQL and Excel skills. Experience of standard reporting tools such as Looker, QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI. Working experience setting up and analyzing A/B tests is desirable. Strong in mathematics and quantitative analysis with a passion for numbers and data. Interested in gaming and the mobile game industry, any experience in these industries is highly desirable. Fluent in English. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or an analytical field is preferred. Experience with Python and/or R is ideal but not essential.
