We're Hiring: Senior Export Operations Coordinator We are Exterpark | Yvyra , an innovative leader in the building materials sector , with 48 years of excellence and a strong international presence in 80 countries . Our patented decking innovations have transformed outdoor flooring, and we are now looking for a highly capable and strategic Senior Export Operations Coordinator to drive our global operations forward. If you are a seasoned export professional with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize international trade operations , this is your opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact role. Your Mission ?? Full Ownership of International Trade Operations – Oversee and optimize global trade administration , ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in all exports. ?? Strategic Client & Logistics Management – Serve as the backbone of our international client relationships, ensuring flawless communication and execution . ?? High-Level Coordination – Act as the bridge between production, logistics, and sales , proactively managing processes to prevent delays and optimize results. ?? Process Optimization & Leadership – Improve workflows, introduce best practices , and take initiative to enhance efficiency and accuracy in export operations. ?? Data-Driven Decision Making – Monitor KPIs, order cycles, and payment flows , ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and problem prevention . What We're Looking For ? Export Operations Expert – Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or export management . ? Highly Autonomous & Reliable – Able to take full ownership of operations, solve problems independently, and drive results without micromanagement. ? Strong Leadership & Decision-Making Skills – Not just executing tasks, but optimizing processes and leading improvements. ? Proactive & Detail-Oriented – Spot issues before they arise and ensure every detail is handled with precision. ? Fluent in English & ERP Systems – High-level English is mandatory ; experience with Navision or other ERP systems is a strong advantage. ? Excellent Communicator & Relationship Builder – Skilled at managing international B2B client interactions and internal team coordination. Work Schedule
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30-9:00 AM to 13:30 & 14:30 to 17:30-18:00
