In this role, you will oversee Autonomous Mobile Robots projects within the Robotics area all over the world, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.
This position reports toProject Operations Manager
Your responsibilitiesManaging the development of project planning documentsMonitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learnedWorking with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customersAchieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirementsBuilding strong relationships with customers and stakeholdersYour background5 years of experience in automation and engineering projects, working as Project Manager with Robots or similar.Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractorsKnowledge of SAP, MS Project, Microsoft Office.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skillsUniversity degree in Industrial or Automation Engineering or similar field.Fluent in Spanish and English (C1)PMP is valuableBenefitsFlexible work practicesWellbeing programEmployee Share Acquisition PlanMore about usABB Robotics & Discrete Automation is a pioneer in robotics, machine automation and digital services, providing innovative solutions for a diverse range of industries, from automotive to electronics to logistics.
