Mission and Main Objectives: Responsible for planning & testing of NVH for Engine -DT and EV PWT for a project component assigned.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities: NVH planning & testing of Engine / DT & EV PWT for the new projects and current according to section request.
To secure results and objectives of the project/component and give feedback of main outputs and conclusions on time.
To manage and lead cross-functionally with other sections to secure NVH development according to Project and component targets.
Support to deploy system/component targets to achieve PWT NVH performance.
Investigation of NVH concerns and development of countermeasures, working closely with design/test groups.
To generate conclusions and reports on time from the data tested and analyzed.
To fix test plan and resources for the project with the agreement with technicians and other sections according to component/project test and investigation.
Background and Experience: Engineer or Master in engineering.
5 years' experience in NVH engineering and other R&D development.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Education and experience in vehicle and PWT NVH testing.
Practice in using NVH test analysis / Pak system / Siemens & instrumentation.
Understanding of Nissan processes and open-minded to deal with other sections.
Know-how and experience in Powertrain parts, mainly engine and motor.
Know-how in mathematics, kinematics, and NVH measurement analysis.
Open to frequent travel.
Driver's license.
Others: Know-how of energy management map vs power and electromagnetic noise.
Know-how of eMotor whining noise / Inverter modulation signal (directly affecting whining noise).
