Account Strategist Intern, Polish Speaker

.What You'll Do: We are in the search for an intern for our Account Strategy team in Barcelona. You will be learning and working with advertisers, analyzing and optimizing campaigns, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with our partners.This is a 6-month paid, full-time internship. As an intern you will be assigned a manager who will help to identify goals, mentor and support you throughout your internship.What You'll Do:Provide support on various types of clients:Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agenciesSolving any client issue/bug on campaign: troubleshooting issues and liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team to go deeperHelping the Account Strategist team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolioPerforming admin tasks such as tickets or communication with operational teamsContribute to the team's success by:Improving tools and internal processes: you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasksMonitoring of performance, identifying opportunities, (covering certain AS tasks if they are not present)Being involved in other marketing activitiesWho You Are: Completed an internship in sales or client service, ideally in a tech-related fieldBusiness sense to handle efficiently a multitasking environment where prioritization is keyShows ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic and fast-changing environmentAnalytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation madeStrong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skillsFluent in English and Polish language (both spoken and written)Passion for digital industry and continual learningStrong knowledge of all core MS Office applicationsNeeds to be able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 monthsWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
