Our portfolio of technology helps power our world --- come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference.MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its accounting staff supporting our European subsidiaries.The AP Accountant reports to Accounting Manager and will be based in Barcelona, Spain.RESPONSIBILITIES:AP / AR processing for SW and other EU entitiesData Entry – Processing of invoicesReconciliation of purchase invoices with purchase ordersResolve payment issues and answer payment questions from company vendorsAccount reconciliation and help with month-end processesCustoms clearance answering to document requirements from authorityGoods/Service receipt + delivery notes verificationOrganizes courier deliveries end to end including documentationSupports purchase requisitions for operations, facilities and AdminSupports expense reports reviewAd-hoc projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS:BS/BA in business, accounting, administration or related field3-5 years' experienceIntermediate knowledge of ExcelFluent in Spanish, English (C1) and GermanExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and organization skillsMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
