Position: D365 Field Service Solution Architect As a D365 Field Service Solution Architect, you will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to demonstrate the value of D365 Field Service solutions to potential clients during the presales phase as well as during the Project Delivery Phase, playing an active role as Functional Lead during the Analysis and Design Phase of the D365 Field Service Solution.
Your role will involve: Analysing customer requirements.
Crafting tailored sales pitches.
Estimating the project.
Supporting the presales team in closing deals.
Being part of the Project execution as part of a bigger team responsible for the Field Service Architecture.
You will work in a dynamic environment and will be involved in Pitch/Projects across Europe.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in the Field Service area.
Strong technical knowledge of Field Service solutions and D365 CRM systems.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Ecosystem, especially in the D365 area.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in spoken and written English; any other European language is a plus.
About You: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service or similar platforms.
Possession of MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Certification.
Familiarity with the Field Service Mobile Application (Microsoft or Resco).
What You Will Do: Engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.
