.Si compartes y destacas en estos valores y tienes experiencia como Quality Manager, esta es tu ofertaFunciones del Puesto:Ejecutar la Visión de Calidad Corporativa establecida por la División de Calidad de Manufactura EMEA.Ser representante en todas las actividades de Calidad en su sitio de manufactura.Establecer y desplegar las principales métricas relacionadas con la No Calidad Interna (costo, tipo, unidades, etc.) e implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas para asegurar la mejora continua en todos los productos.Asegurar los procesos adecuados de Garantía de Calidad de el/la Proveedor/a: calificación de proveedores/as, especificaciones de calidad para la adquisición, plan de control de calidad de inspección de entrada, gestión de no conformidades, planes de auditoría y métricas principales para proveedores/as de calidad, etc.Garantizar la calidad adecuada en las operaciones de manufactura: Plan de Control de Calidad, estándares de inspección con criterios de aceptación y rechazo, plan de calibración, gestión de no conformidades internas y liderar las acciones de contención y corrección con todos los departamentos involucrados.Implementar las Herramientas de Calidad Básicas: FMEA de Proceso, Plan de Control de Calidad, PPAP, Cpks, etc.Gestionar el taller de reparación de productos no conformes en su sitio, estableciendo la metodología Kaizen y haciendo seguimiento de las métricas principales para asegurar el mejor nivel de servicio.Responsabilizarse del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad según la norma ISO.Asegurar la efectividad del plan de calidad y el cierre de las acciones correctivas y preventivas.Requisitos:Ser un líder impulsado por valores y un/a gran defensor/a de la Colaboración con el Cliente.Exhibir habilidades ejemplares de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de conectarse efectivamente con todos los niveles de la organización tanto regional como globalmente.Ser enérgico y flexible con una excelente capacidad de planificación y organización, capaz de manejar múltiples responsabilidades en un entorno dinámico.Ser un solucionador de problemas demostrado con la capacidad de gestionar información y analizarla sistemáticamente.Tener dominio del español y el inglés, tanto escrito como verbal.Título universitario en Ingeniería, Negocios o una disciplina relacionada con la Calidad, o experiencia equivalente en un rol de Calidad Avanzada.Mínimo de 8 años de experiencia trabajando en Operaciones, Calidad de Proyectos, Calidad de Proveedores/as, Calidad de Manufactura / Industrial y Calidad del Cliente.Experiencia en herramientas de Manufactura Lean.Experiencia en el uso de herramientas y conceptos AIAG (Plan de Control, PFMEA, MSA, Auditorías de Proceso en Capas, modelos 8D y/o de Resolución Efectiva de Problemas).Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura y/o componentes plásticos en un entorno de ensamblaje.Competente en productos de Microsoft Office, específicamente Excel y PowerPoint
