If this is you, we'd love to talk.What will you do- Works on standardization and enhancement initiatives of process and technology to increase effectiveness, efficiency and insight on Transport Management Systems tools (especially TMS BlueYonder)- Participates on the simplification, standardization and automation of processes within Transportation- Identifies, analyzes, designs and implements core business processes improvements driving cost savings and higher service level to improve overall Transportation process performance- Executes global Distribution Sourcing events (e-bidding events, tariff-reviews)- Acts as internal consultant in Supply Chain by providing guidance and solutions in Transportation Execution and Reporting- Provides guidance on process management and coaches Central Control Tower and Regional Distribution to adopt Continuous Improvement mindsetWho you are- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with understanding of end-to-end delivery- University degree in Engineering- Previous experience with transport management software (ideally TMS BlueYonder) or other management ERPs (such as SAP, JIRA Atlassian, Transporeon, RPA)- Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions- Innovative and leadership capabilities, requiring strategic thinking and foresight- Skilled Communicator and Fast Learner with capacity of autonomous Self-Management and Management of Projects/Initiatives- SQL (or similar) coding knowledge and experience in analytics (Power BI or similar) will be valuedWhat we can offer youAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and caring Work Environment | Empowerment | Job Impact | Work with a Powerful Purpose | Individual Learning and Development | Health & Safety | Social Responsibility | InnovationEssity is an equal opportunity employer.
