Descripción del proyectoNuestro cliente es una importante empresa de tecnología que proporciona soluciones de software para la industria del turismo. Actualmente se está embarcando en un viaje integral de transformación de marketing. El objetivo de esta transformación es fortalecer las capacidades centrales de marketing, asegurando que los procesos, la gobernanza y las estrategias creativas estén alineados y se ejecuten de manera consistente en todos los mercados globales.Por ello se desea un profesional con perfil de Senior Advisor en transformación de marketing para facilitar y acelerar esa transformación, que deberá trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la alta dirección, y especialmente con el Jefe de Operaciones de Ingresos, Marketing y Estrategia para garantizar la alineación y la aceptación a nivel ejecutivo.Objetivos del servicio:Desarrollar una hoja de ruta estratégica para la transformación del marketing, centrándose en la centralización de capacidades como la gobernanza, los procesos, el marketing basado en cuentas (ABM) y la ejecución creativa.Guíar la centralización de los esfuerzos de marketing, garantizando una ejecución coherente en todos los mercados globales.Liderar los esfuerzos para superar los desafíos históricos y la resistencia al cambio, impulsando la resiliencia y la persistencia dentro de la organización.Identificar y gestionar cualquier desafío operativo o estratégico relacionado con la transformación.Asesorar y mejorar las habilidades de los equipos de marketing existentes, garantizando la sostenibilidad de los cambios a largo plazo.Actuar como agente de cambio, proporcionando experiencia y credibilidad en la transformación del marketing para empresas B2B globales.Ubicación: MadridArranque estimado: Octubre de 2024Duración: 6 meses (prorrogable)Dedicación: tiempo completoRequisitosSe requiere un profesional con amplia experiencia (más de 20 años) en posiciones de liderazgo de marketing.Experiencia demostrada en liderar transformaciones de marketing a gran escala en entornos B2B. El candidato ha debido haber ocupado un puesto de CMO y acreditar experiencia para impulsar cambios significativos en una organización.Profundo conocimiento y experiencia en marketing basado en cuentas (ABM), procesos de marketing centralizado y gobernanza.Sólidas habilidades de gestión de las partes interesadas, con una capacidad demostrada para influir e involucrar a los líderes en organizaciones globales.Habilidades excepcionales de resolución de problemas y resiliencia, con la capacidad de navegar por sistemas heredados y hábitos organizacionales históricos.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, con la capacidad de guiar e inspirar equipos multifuncionales.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado y de alta presión y gestionar múltiples prioridades.El inglés fluido es necesario.Abstenerse candidaturas que no cumplan alguno de estos requisitos.¿Por qué nosotros?#J-18808-Ljbffr
