Someone who'll deliver everyday HR tasks and keep the employment life cycle at Revolut running smoothly and happily. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others to do sameUp for the challenge? Let's get in touchWhat You'll Be DoingBeing the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globallyCoordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations including pre-onboarding and on/off-boarding processesAdministrating internal tools and benefitsPreparing HR documentation and maintaining HR recordsOverseeing internal controls related to payroll, maintaining tax and regulatory complianceBeing accountable for payroll data analysis and reporting in support of management's objectivesPartnering with Finance and HR business partners to ensure payroll accuracy and timely executionWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist/Administrator/Partner roleExperience in global payroll operationsCritical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in order to meet the needs of stakeholdersExperience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisationExperience in a service role, working to SLAs and other measurable performance metricsExperience administering HR operations using automated tools (via Jira service desk, HRIS, etc
