Recientemente hemos escrito un nuevo capítulo en la historia de los vuelos espaciales lanzando el primer cohete privado más avanzado de Europa.Nuestro propósito es impulsar un nuevo futuro, hacer posible el progreso desde el espacio y enriquecer la vida de las personas en la Tierra impulsando nuevas economías, a las personas y al mundo.MisiónComo Ingeniero de Herramientas de Propulsión, serás responsable del diseño, análisis, planificación, elaboración de documentación técnica, selección de materiales, preparación del proceso de ensamblaje, y soporte durante la puesta en marcha de los siguientes tipos de utillajes:Líneas de ensamblaje de las diferentes etapas del lanzador.Integración de secciones del lanzador.Dispositivos de elevación.Volteadores.Integración de turbobomba.Fabricación.Transporte de lanzador y unidades de motor cohete.ResponsabilidadesAnálisis y diseño de gradas de montaje, útiles de soldadura, plantillas de taladrado, etc.Preparación y elaboración de documentación técnica y especificaciones de diseño.Selección de materiales.Análisis y preparación de proceso de ensamblaje, órdenes de trabajo, prácticas de instalación y procedimiento.Definición del mantenimiento de utillaje.Cumplimiento con los requisitos legales.Control y gestión del presupuesto del utillaje.Control y gestión de proveedores.Requisitos RequeridosTitulación en Ingeniería Mecánica o similar.Experiencia de al menos 3 años en las funciones descritas.Conocimiento avanzado en tecnologías de fabricación.Conocimiento en procesos de montaje, soldadura e instalación de estructuras metálicas y de material compuesto.Conocimiento de tolerancias geométricas y dimensionales.Conocimiento de normativa ISO y estándares ASNE.Conocimiento y selección de componentes y equipos.Conocimientos en diseño CAD.Autonomía.Inglés hablado y escrito.Tolerancia al estrés.Multitasking.Requisitos DeseadosSe valorará la experiencia previa en el sector aeronáutico.BeneficiosSalud y bienestar: Queremos que seas feliz y goces de buena salud física y mental.
