Capacity Planning Manager, ATS, Amazon Freight PartnerDESCRIPTIONAs a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager at Amazon, you'll be an expert in deep diving into our business data and presenting it in a clear, useful way. You'll use it to help teams across our logistics function make lasting improvements and remain ambitious and inventive. This role will give you plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and use your expertise to drive efficiency across Amazon. You will need to excel in cross team collaboration, stakeholder management, Amazon document writing and leading successful idea presentation and implementation at the highest level.Key job responsibilitiesBuild, present and implement Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) growth strategyBuild partner profitability models and scenarios beyond core capacity growthCreate flex demand allocation tenets and hold operations accountable to deliver the planBuild a tractor utilization management model and identify opportunities to improve tractor utilizationAnalyse data around KPIs to generate forward looking plans to present to senior stakeholders in the Operations businessBuild visualisation tools and dashboards to analyse and create reports for your team to drive action around KPIsCreate or improve internal dashboards that give your colleagues better visibility of task-related dataA day in the lifeUsing your invent and simplify and think big skills along with data analysis, you'll explore the next stage of AFP growth and program design, collaborating cross functionally and presenting your ideas in well structured documents and analysis.You will use your business acumen and analytic skills to help your team achieve their objectives. You'll use data to illustrate problems and share your opinion and ideas to help find solutions. And we use the expertise of our people to get packages to their destination - quickly, conveniently and sustainably.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degreeProven experience working in an analytical role, driving business strategy and growth using strategy, operational knowledge, and analytical skillsRelevant experience in analysing large data sets, data quality, and data warehousing to identify improvement opportunitiesRelevant experience creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, Quicksight and visualisation toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced or master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems or another technical fieldExperience in working with Operational, Supply Chain or Logistics teamsTableau/SQL/Python/VBA/Power BIAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
