Actualmente, buscamos un/a IT Purchasing Agent que prestará servicios a uno de nuestros clientes: una destacada empresa tecnológica internacional, reconocida por su innovación y liderazgo en el mercado.
¿Qué hace único a este puesto?
Tendrás la oportunidad de gestionar compras estratégicas y colaborar directamente con socios tecnológicos de primer nivel como Microsoft, Oracle y VMware.
Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico e internacional, desempeñando un papel crucial en la optimización de procesos tecnológicos para una organización que lidera la transformación digital en su industria.
Misión Tus responsabilidades incluirán: Gestionar socios tecnológicos estratégicos (Equinix, Microsoft, TD Synnex, Oracle, VMware, entre otros).
Coordinar la adquisición de hardware (ordenadores, pantallas, servidores, teléfonos, etc.)
y software (licencias SQL, O365, líneas telefónicas).
Supervisar y controlar el presupuesto de compras de TI y solicitudes internas.
Solicitar y negociar presupuestos con proveedores utilizando herramientas de gestión específicas.
Realizar el seguimiento del mantenimiento de software y hardware, proponiendo renovaciones cuando sea necesario.
Supervisar la relación con proveedores estratégicos y el control de facturas.
Implementar herramientas de gestión presupuestaria para optimizar los gastos de TI.
Perfil ¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Nivel avanzado de inglés (C1 o superior).
El conocimiento de otros idiomas como español, francés o portugués será un plus.
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en roles similares relacionados con compras tecnológicas.
Dominio del paquete Office, especialmente Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con clientes y proveedores.
Enfoque organizado, metódico y proactivo en la gestión administrativa y presupuestaria.
