Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and continually improve our back-end web application (preferably Ruby on Rails) Responsible for API integrations with third party providers including other financial services Lead on implementation of best practices in testing and Dev Ops Own the backend development roadmap Manage workflows with backend to integrate UI components with APIs and databases Requirements: At least 5 years' experience working in a web platform-oriented software stack Demonstrated ability of project management & execution in software delivery Product-oriented developer, you care about the end user as if you had to use it yourself Demonstrable commitment to self-development and continuous learning in the field Preferable experience with technologies such as, but not limited to; Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL Git, Gitlab pipeline Experience using AI coding tools (Github Co-Pilot, Codeium, Code Whisperer etc.)
