**Misión**:
Como Gerente, Teruel, será responsable de supervisar las operaciones de una planta de fabricación. Esto incluirá la coordinación de la producción global y proporcionar apoyo para la fabricación, montaje y su integración de nuestros vehículos de lanzamiento.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar, implantar y medirlosprocesos de calidad y rendimiento de todas las operaciones clave.
- Apoyar a la organización clave responsable de la fabricación interna de componentes de vehículos de lanzamiento, incluidosmotores y estructuras.
- Apoyar a losequipos de TI y QHSE de la organización.
- Apoyar a losequipos de ingeniería para obtenerresultadosmedibles, basadosenmétricas, enlínea con losobjetivosoperativos y del programa.
- Apoyar y mejorarlosequipos de Logística y Cadena de Suministro
- Apoyo a la organización clave responsable de la integración y pruebas de componentes.
- Apoyoeneldesarrollo, despliegue y mantenimiento de estándaresfuncionales de fabricación
- Crear unacultura de control de procesos
- Establecerestándares de área para producción, inspección e integración
- Crear la planificación y loscalendarios de losproyectosutilizando la herramienta MS Project
- Proporcionarapoyoaotrasáreas de la empresa para mejorar las tasas de desarrollo de ingeniería, la eficiencia y losobjetivos de costes.
- Identificar y resolver las no conformidades y colaborar con otras áreas de la empresa para minimizar o eliminar las discrepancias de ingeniería que puedanafectar a la fabricación y la integración.
- Trabajar con los directores de ingeniería y el personal clave.
- Dirigir el trabajo con los directores de ingeniería y el personal clave.
- Coordinar estrechamente y establecer relaciones con todos los departamentos técnicos y de apoyo para fomentar y mejorar las comunicaciones y los flujos de trabajo eficaces.

**Competencias Requeridas**:

- BSc/MSc en Ingeniería Eléctrica/Aeroespacial, Informática o formación similar
- Experiência real enintegración de sistemaseléctricos y pruebas de sistemasintegrados.
- Experiência en la realización de análisis de sistemas, comofiabilidad, fallopuntual, FMECA, etc.
- Experiência en la elaboración de documentación formal
- Familiaridad con eluso de equipos de prueba (porejemplo, analizadoreslógicos, osciloscopios, analizadores de espectro, generadores de funciones, fuentes de alimentación)
- Habilidadesreales de resolución de problemas de hardware y depuración de software
- Capacidad para tratarinformaciónconfidencial
- Motivación para cumplirlos objetivos, superación constante de los límites y asunción de la responsabilidad de sus propias acciones y errores.
- Actitud positiva y excelentes habilidades de comunicación
