As our new HR & Payroll Support Agent, you'll be at the heart of customer interactions, ensuring that processes run smoothly and that clients have a seamless experience. Your Role: A Day in the LifeCustomer Communication: Manage inquiries via email, chat, and phone, delivering exceptional service.Contract Administration: Oversee contract processes and guide new employees through onboarding, handling tasks like VSO agreements and time trackingCompliance Oversight: Ensure document accuracy, arrange work permits, and navigate Dutch regulations (NDA, GDPR).Payroll Support: Act as the go-to person for all salary-related questions—processing payments, handling corrections, and managing details for both permanent and freelance employees.Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
