If you are passionate about land acquisition, titling processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Facilitate land acquisition and titling through initial property appraisals, document preparation, and collation.Ensure all documents related to land acquisition are accurate, complete, and compliant with laws and regulations.Monitor payment schedules for properties acquired on an installment basis and ensure timely payments.Prepare necessary legal documents, including Deeds of Conveyance and promissory notes.Coordinate with government officials, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve land titling issues.Maintain accurate records and files for land inventory and ensure timely submission of all required documents.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in any business/project management course; Pre-law preferred but not necessary.At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in land acquisition or compliance.Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with government agencies.Knowledge of land titles, deeds, reclassification, land use conversion, and related laws.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational, influencing, and negotiation skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:13th month salaryExperience:land acquisition or compliance: 2 years (Preferred)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
