We're looking for a vital contributor: a dedicated, experienced individual eager to take on the challenges of Machine Learning Engineering, particularly in the domain of LLMs and NLP. We're seeking a self-driven individual with a distinguished track record in delivering machine learning solutions and enhancing complex systems.

As a Senior ML Engineer, your primary task will be designing, training, and fine-tuning Large Language Models, ensuring their effective deployment in conjunction with our data scientists and infrastructure team. Your responsibilities will also extend to the continuous monitoring, adjustment, and improvement of these models once… they're in use, ensuring their optimal performance.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in analyzing and implementing data models for problem-solving: Proven track record of deploying models to solve real-world problems.
• Ideally experience with Large Language Models (LLMs): Familiarity with LLMs like GPT or BERT, including the ability to train, fine-tune, and evaluate such models.
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn: Demonstrated experience using these tools to build, train, and deploy machine learning models.
• Proficient in Handling Large-Scale Data: Practical experience in managing, cleaning, and preprocessing large-scale datasets, which are typically used in training LLMs.
• Experience with software engineering best practices: version control, testing, CI/CD: Understanding of how to ensure the reliability and reproducibility of machine learning systems.

• Own the feedback loop of testing and improving the created models.
