Requisitos Mínimos
Experiencia previa en un puesto similar.
Sólidos conocimientos de metodologías de pruebas y procesos de Garantía de Calidad.
Experiencia en automatización de pruebas.
Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y capacidad para cumplir los plazos.
Nivel intermedio de inglés (B2).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en colaboración.
Capacidad de liderazgo, proactividad y toma de decisiones independiente.
Responsabilidades
Dirección de equipos: Supervisar y liderar un equipo de profesionales de Garantía de Calidad, proporcionando orientación, desarrollo y apoyo para alcanzar los objetivos del departamento.
Desarrollo de metodologías: Definir y gestionar metodologías de prueba eficaces y eficientes que garanticen la calidad de nuestros productos y sistemas.
Automatización de pruebas: Implementar estrategias y procesos de automatización de pruebas para acelerar el ciclo de pruebas y mejorar la eficiencia.
Selección de herramientas: Evaluar, seleccionar e implementar herramientas de prueba adecuadas para el equipo de Garantía de Calidad.
Gestión de proyectos: Supervisar los proyectos de pruebas, establecer plazos y prioridades, y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de calidad.
Colaboración: Colaborar con otros departamentos, como Desarrollo de Software y Gestión de Proyectos, para garantizar la calidad desde el principio hasta el final del ciclo de desarrollo.
Tutoría y formación: Proporcionar orientación y formación a los miembros del equipo para mejorar sus habilidades técnicas y conocimientos en Aseguramiento de la Calidad.
Evolución del área: Ser proactivo en la gestión y evolución del departamento de Garantía de Calidad, identificando oportunidades de mejora y aplicando las mejores prácticas del sector.
