IBERICA RENOVABLES, se encuentra en la búsqueda de Site Manager para desarrollar proyectos solares fotovoltaicos, será responsable de controlar las actividades de ejecución, montaje y puesta en marcha de los proyectos en construcción con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, seguridad, producción y plazos asociados.

**Responsabilidades**

**Gestión Contractual**:

- Representar la empresa junto de las Entidades Públicas y/o Sindicales, Subcontratas, etc., en el ámbito de sus responsabilidades en el Proyecto
- Gestión del contrato de subcontratas, si hay, en el ámbito de sus responsabilidades;
**Gestión Económica**:

- Cooperar con el Project Manager en la elaboración del presupuesto de costes para presentación al Comité Ejecutivo y, al Country Manager.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de costes aprobado (sea Ejecución con Subcontratas o Recursos Propios);
- Responsable por garantizar la ejecución en tiempo del proceso de certificaciones mensuales de su proyecto a las subcontratas, si hay, junto con los demás Departamentos;
- Emisión de informes periódicos (económicos) al Project Manager y Director de Operaciones, enseñando desviaciones (positivas y/o negativas) de sus costes (sean Subcontratas o Recursos Propios);
- Gestión de sus actividades con objetivos de plazo y costes.

**Gestión Técnica y Operacional**:
**Tener muy presente en todo momento la seguridad y salud de todo el personal a su cargo, conforme a la normativa**
- Gestión, Coordinación y seguimiento del Equipo de Obra;
- Control del Cronograma de sus actividades e interfaces con las demás actividades (Monitorizar/analizar en conjunto con los Coordinadores de Área el progreso e informar de posibles desviaciones y presentar planos de acciones);
- Coordinación de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinares pertenecientes al proyecto y subcontratistas;
- Dirección y coordinación de la obra, incluyendo garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de trabajos;
- Realización de informes periódicos (Diarios y/o Semanales y/o Mensuales);
- Asegurarse que la construcción será realizada de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad y procesos constructivos aprobados;
- Ejecución y coordinación de reuniones internas para la adecuada coordinación de todos los intervinientes del proyecto;
- Ejecución y coordinación de reuniones de trabajo con los Coordinadores de las diferentes Áreas del Proyecto (HSEQ, Producción, RRHH, Compras & Logística, etc );
- Asegurar la coordinación de las diferentes áreas del proyecto (subcontratistas, HSEQ, Compras y Logística, RRHH, etc.)
- Aprobación como jefe jerárquico de Procedimientos Operacionales para actividades en Obra;
- Aprobación como jefe Jerárquico de horas extras de personal del Proyecto;
- Asegurar la supervisión de todas las actividades técnicas del proyecto;
- Asegurar la coordinación de las acciones del equipo de supervisión;
- Coordinación de todo el proceso de Recepción Provisional y Punch List/Snag List, con el Cliente y Subcontratas, junto del Equipo de Obra;
- Conocer y organizar toda la información/documentación técnica cuando esté finalizada la obra;
**Requisitos**:
**Formación Académica**:

- Grado en Ingeniería Civil/Electrotécnica/Industria

**Experiência**:

- Profesional con experiência mínima de cinco (5) años en el sector (construcción / Energía Renovable);
- Profesional con experiência en gestión de equipos mínima de 3 años;
- Experiência en construcción civil, instalaciones eléctricas y de Proyectos de Energía Renovable;
- Buena relación interpersonal y comunicacional oral y escrita;
- Proactividad
- Gestión de Equipos/ Administración de conflictos.
- Capacidad de organización y aptitudes para gestionar la prioridad con eficacia;
