About The RoleWe are looking for an Engineering Team Lead for a multidisciplinary Tech team (Data Engineers, Backend Engineers and Front-end Engineers). ððaWhat You'll Be DoingWorking as an Engineering Team Lead you will be responsible for... Using technical experience to work across multiple systems, as well as great communication skillsRepresenting your own team externally, coordinating with other teams and stakeholders. Collaborating closely with the product managerEnsuring the product team is focused and delivering incremental value, by managing priorities and controlling WIPManaging engineers across a team, guiding and supporting their growthEnsuring the right technical skills and capacity in the team to tackle any challenges the business is solvingLocation The role is based in Madrid, Spain or London, UK ð Way of Working: Remote / Hybrid RequirementsWhat You'll NeedExceptional technical abilities and experience with the architectural design of large-scale applications and microservice approaches.Familiar with Clean Code, SOLID, and DRY principlesExperience with the complexities and nuances of distributed systems.Experienced professional with a track record delivering complex projects in fast-changing companies.
