Your Functions What you'll do:
You will provide expert business analysis for the Digital Health R&D by being a hands-on business analyst and shaping business critical data projects.
Working with key stakeholders to help them identify and prioritise the technology solutions that will most effectively enable them to achieve their business objectives, as well as delivering high impact business cases for emerging needs.
You will collaborate directly with the business stakeholders who are making those life-changing medicines, and the data and technology teams crafting and delivering ground-breaking data-driven solutions.
You will perform at an expert level in the following areas:
Business Needs IdentificationBusiness Analysis PlanningStakeholder Analysis & ChangeRequirements Analysis and Design DefinitionBusiness Case DefinitionSolution EvaluationPosition Requisites Formación: Ingeniero SuperiorConocimientos: biExperiencia: 5 añosEssential for the Role Experience of delivering data-related projects in support of pharma clinical trial planning, execution, and analysis.Experience of successfully deploying business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.Practical usage of Agile Methodology, including capturing requirements as user stories and use of JIRA.Experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results.Strong engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills.Experience of working in a regulated environment (GxP).Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions.Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors.Desirable for the Role Degree in relevant discipline Formal certification in business analysis practice.Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context.Exposure to User Centred Design and Design thinking (User Experience, Prototyping, User Interface Design and Business Process Design).Your Benefits Flexible hoursRestaurant ticket2 Teleworking days per week
