Responsibilities: The Inventory and Cost Accounting Accountant ensures that manufacturing costs are accurately allocated to the products and follow US GAAP guidance. This role is responsible for:
Manufacturing cost accounting.
Inventory accounting.
Intercompany "received not billed" account reconciliation.
Intercompany profit reconciliation.
EMEA physical inventory adjustments.
Strong partnership with Operations Finance, especially supporting them in the following activities:
Analysis of price difference accounts.
Analysis of purchase orders for unrealistic values.
Analysis of price differences MRO/packaging.
Cost estimates performance.
Inventory reconciliation (SOX report vs. CFIN).
Qualifications: Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
English language, advanced level.
Strong SAP knowledge, especially FI, CO and MM modules.
Computer proficient, including MS Office skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently, self-motivated and team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
