ADMINISTRATION & TRAINING -Assist the HR Department with daily administrative tasks -Participate and assist in Quality and Training activities -Assist with Health and Safety administration -Participate in the internal communication process -Give a hand in the selection process (first screening, casting centers…) TALENT MANAGEMENT - Brinda asistencia en diversas tareas administrativas - Atiende a los talentos con el sistema de Open Office - Participa en los CASTING CENTERS: Colabora en el proceso de entrevistas y acompaña a los candidatos desde el momento de su bienvenida hasta el momento final de su ciclo - Participa y ayuda en la comunicación interna - Estarás a cargo de los procesos de: firma de contratación, reunir documentación, procesar altas y bajas médicas, mantener en ordener los archivos, onboarding, etc.
