As Accounts Receivables, you will have a chance to broaden your accounting knowledge and be a part of a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile shipment with customer GR before issuing VAT invoice, ensuring timely issuance of VAT invoices to avoid collection delays. Data validation among SO, PO, and DN. Coordinate with the sales team, logistics team, and customers for any unreconciled items. Submit and record invoices to clients, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes. Ensure the correct accounting treatment of invoices to clients. Follow up on accounts receivable (cleaning, collection, and maintenance). Prepare AR analysis report/sales-related report. Preparation of cash receipts for customer collection, according to movements reported by the Treasury. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting or economics. 1-3 years in Accounts Receivable is preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Spanish accounts and tax laws; familiarity with SAP system is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
