**Descripción**:
**EMPRESA DEDICADA A LA FABRICACIÓN Y VENTA DE HERRAMIENTAS Y EQUIPOS INDUSTRIALES,** necesita incorporar a un/a **CONTROLLER** para su sede central en **COSLADA (MADRID)**

- Contratación **INDEFINIDA.**:

- **Horario FLEXIBLE** en 1 hora (entrada y salida y pausas para comer)

De lunes a jueves de 08:30 a 17:30

Viernes de 08:30 a 14:30

En **VERANOS JORNADA INTENSIVA de 07:30 a 14.00 horas.**

**Un día de TELETRABAJO SEMANAL.**
- Posibilidad de comer en las instalaciones. Disponen de cocina/comedor.

**FUNCIONES**:

- Crear y apoyar una estructura/plataforma eficiente para el desarrollo de los negocios del Grupo en el país/región **(España, Portugal, Italia y Grecia),** asegurando tanto la eficiencia como el cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos internos y externos.
- En cooperación con la Tesorería del Grupo, apoyo en la **GESTIÓN DE CAJA Y PRÉSTAMOS, OPTIMIZACIÓN DE LA ESTRUCTURA DE CAPITAL Y EL PROCESO DE DIVIDENDOS.**:

- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos fiscales de la región.
- Responsabilidad por el** REPORTE LEGAL Y REPORTE INTERNO DE LA HOLDING.**:

- Asistir al Holding Manager en la **PREPARACIÓN DE LA PRESENTACIÓN Y EL MATERIAL PARA REUNIONES DE DIRECTORIO Y DE COORDINACIÓN DE GERENTES GENERALES.**:

- Brindar **soporte y ayudar al Holding Manager **a participar en adquisiciones y desinversiones.
- Etc.

**Requisitos**:
**Requisitos**:

- **Experiência mínima de 3 años **en departamentos en posiciones como **Controller de Gestión y Financiero.**:

- Titulación universitaria de** Economía y/os similar.**:

- Dominio de Microsoft Office.
- **Dominio alto de Ingles.**:

- Disponibilidad para r**ealizar viajes mensuales (1-2 por mes) por Italia y Portugal**:

- **Residencia en Madrid y/o posibilidad de cambio de residencia.**
