European Internal Communication SpecialistJob description We are looking for a European Internal Communication (IC) Specialist to cover a one-year leave in the European HR and Internal Communication team.
The position will be located at our European Headquarters in Madrid, Spain.Responsibilities:Spread the most relevant stories of the organization using our internal communication channels such as the intranet, monthly newsletter, and videos.
The IC Specialist will be in close contact with colleagues to listen and transmit their stories, acting as a bridge between the business and the rest of the organization.Propose new ideas for communication campaigns that inspire real action among employees, using innovative methods and staying updated on best practices.Update our communication channels by incorporating new trends.Support the organization of both large and small events related to Internal Communication and the Human Resources department.
No event is too small to receive our full attention and dedicationJob requirements Academic Background:Degree in Journalism or a related field.Professional Experience:Desirable: Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience.Desirable: Experience in internal communication departments, managing the intranet, writing articles, and staying in touch with the business.Competency Profile:Fluent English is a must – minimum C1 is required.Excellent writing skills.About Us Nippon Gases is one of the leading companies in the industrial and medical gases business in Europe.
