PV Project ManagerReporting to the Country Manager Germany.Your responsibilities :To undertake and coordinate all necessary activities for the successful development of the projects, with the final target of reaching all the required permits for implementing the projects.To lead and manage relationships with third parties, "co-developers," being sure that PV projects are always developed in line with main RPG technical/economical standards and are compliant with the main terms and conditions of the Development Service Agreement.Support the country manager/project director in the negotiation of preliminary land agreements (such as land lease agreements and/or purchase agreements) to ensure that contracts are always in line with RPG criteria.Drafting and assessing preliminary layouts (also proposed by co-developers) and proposing technical solutions to maximize the producibility of the plant/optimization of project layout.Critically assessing technical documentation prepared by co-developers with the aim of delivering " high-quality " output (documentation always in line with "BAT" and International/National technical frameworks).To develop and maintain excellent relations with local stakeholders, including landowners and local partners (e.G., co-developers, engineering firms, agronomists, etc..)To proactively support the origination of new opportunities by identifying and securing the land plots needed for the implementation of the PV projects.To secure the most economical MV/HV grid connection and manage the application procedure for obtaining grid capacity with local DNO/TSO, as well as collaborate with co-developers/engineering firms.To lead and coordinate the process of designing of the MV/HV Substation needed to energize the projects.Our requirements :Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Civil, Energy Engineering preferred)Advanced knowledge of technical guidelines applying to PV projects in Germany3+ years of professional experience in Solar-PV projects preferred3+ years of experience as a Development Project Manager in renewable energy, specifically Solar-PV projectsHigh communication and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of the English & German language, both written and spokenWhat we offer :Newly established offices in Leipzig CentreA unique opportunity to support the expansion of our company in Germany; An attractive workplace and exciting tasks in an international work environment; A long-term career perspective at a privately owned company.If this sounds interesting to you and you want to be part of a newly established team in an exciting and future-oriented sector, then we are very much looking forward to receiving your application Please send us your CV & Cover Letter to ****** .#J-18808-Ljbffr
