El mejor Store Supervisor se enorgullece de apoyar al equipo de tienda para realizar las tareas diarias y da soporte al Store Manager para generar ventas y crecimiento de acuerdo con los valores y comportamientos corporativos.
Aporta feedback claro y significativo al Store Manager y al negocio en general para impulsar el crecimiento y el desarrollo mediante la implementación de la estrategia comercial.
Tiene un enfoque flexible para respaldar el negocio en general.
**¿Qué estamos buscando?
**

Un Store Supervisor con experiência, iniciativa y capacitación que habla inglés y español con fluidez y que inspira a su equipo.
Actúa en la revisión diaria de la tienda y se asegura de que se lleven a cabo las comprobaciones pertinentes de los estándares de la tienda y se tomen las medidas necesarias.
El Store Supervisor motiva y capacita al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos individuales y de tienda, incluido el valor de transacción promedio.
Apoya el rendimiento del personal proporcionando feedback y coaching.
Gestiona el stock y asegura que la tienda cumple con los estándares de precios y promociones, legislación y Salud y Seguridad.
Se encarga de la gestión de la tienda en ausencia del Store Manager.
