We offer English and Spanish lessons.Social and Networking Opportunities: Join our Afterwork WhatsApp group for exciting plans during your free time.To this end, we offer the position of Quality Engineer.MAIN FUNCTIONSImplementing Quality Procedures and InstructionsDevelop and update procedures as needed to enhance quality processes.Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understanding and compliance with procedures.Establishing Quality Control Plans Develop current quality control plans and adjust them as necessary.Monitor adherence to quality control plans through regular inspections and audits.Defining Quality Tracking Procedures and KPIs Design, implement and monitor specific KPIs related to product quality and process efficiency.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Developing Employees and Leaders Collaborate and contribute in the development of the Quality and continuous improvement cultureParticipating in Change Management Processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess quality impacts of proposed changes.Driving Manufacturing Projects and Opportunities Lead Core Tools activitiesIdentify improvement opportunities for quality enhancement and process optimization.Interested?
