Eurovision Services is looking for IT Security Engineers to join the international software engineering team at our technology hub in Madrid, Spain.ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY HUBThe Eurovision Services technology hub in Madrid is responsible for delivering media and broadcast solutions using advanced software engineering techniques. As part of the technology team, you will work with top international engineers specialized in media and see your developments implemented in Tier 1 global sports and news content.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITIONWork in close collaboration with Information Security Management on security enhancement, developing standards, procedures, and best practices.Help to plan and carry out an organization's information security strategy in collaboration with the Information Security Management.Ensure security best practices are applied and recommend security enhancements to ISM and management as needed.In collaboration with ISM, propose strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach.Act as the central point of contact for any IT Security concerns and liaise with dedicated teams efficiently.Provide support and response to security events and incidents.Improve methods and tools for cyber incident analysis, detection & response.Contribute to the implementation of a continuous threat and incident monitoring program.Support technical cyber risk assessments in various operational environments (IT, broadcast, digital services), including threat modeling, architecture and design reviews, vulnerability assessments, application security testing, and penetration testing.Follow, assess, and advise on new and emerging cyber threats.Manage internal phishing campaigns and mail security.Schedule, execute, and analyze vulnerability scanning and provide compliance and patching reporting.Participate in technical security remediation/mitigation planning.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEAt least years' experience in a similar or related position.Must have a valid security professional certification (such as GIAC, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCSP, etc.)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service, and business integrity.Deep understanding of common network protocols (DNS, HTTP, SMTP, FTP).Deep understanding of SMTP, SSL/TLS, and PKI.Deep understanding of Windows Servers and Workstations, Linux Servers (RHEL / Debian) environments.Experience in access management (IAM NetIQ, PAM Wallix, etc.).Experience in On-prem and Azure AD, Office 365.Experience in Antivirus XDR, sandboxes, and malware analysis.Experience in vulnerability scanning.Strong knowledge of common IT security vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques.Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Perl, Python/PowerShell, batch).Knowledge of the AWS / Azure cloud environment and SSO / SAML.Knowledge of CISCO routing/switching, Check Point, or Palo Alto firewalls.BENEFITS AND PERKSCompetitive salary and benefits.28 working days of vacation for all employees.Hybrid working model: 2 days from the office, 3 days from home.A flexible 40-hour working week for work-life balance.Hybrid remote work.Recognition bonus system.Personal incentive plan.Private health insurance.Company pension fund.Ticket restaurant card.Public transport card.Sponsored gym membership.Choose your own laptop backpack.Start-up culture but with a consolidated business behind it.A multi-cultural environment, made up of a dynamic and international team.Enjoy long-term stable employment.ABOUT EUROVISION SERVICESWith over 60 years of experience in broadcast production and distribution for major sports events, Eurovision Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), representing public service broadcasters across Europe.Eurovision Services has one of the largest hybrid satellite and fiber transmission networks globally and provides services that allow customers to enhance their content for all digital platforms.Eurovision Services is the first-choice media services provider for event organizers, media organizations, and sports federations, offering end-to-end solutions to produce, distribute, and personalize content for their audiences.Eurovision Services delivers excellence in everything it does, allowing customers to focus on creating truly amazing experiences.
