Gestione incidentes de dispositivos de escritorio (hardware, software y conectividad) hasta su resolución. Gestionar IMAC y servicios de soporte de escritorio. Administre servicios de reparación de averías físicas y mecánicas para portátiles y de sobremesa. Proporcionar soporte y mantenimiento de hardware y software estándar y aprobado (sistemas operativos y aplicaciones de oficina estándar) en dispositivos de escritorio (usuarios de campo) durante todo su ciclo de vida (incluida la administración remota de dispositivos de escritorio utilizando las herramientas adecuadas). Brindar soporte, administrar, optimizar y mantener la configuración e instalación del escritorio, para incluir, entre otros, actualizaciones de parches y reemplazos de hardware, con repuestos proporcionados por el proveedor. Analice las llamadas de la mesa de servicio para dispositivos de escritorio y datos de incidentes para identificar y asesorar al cliente sobre cualquier posible requisito de capacitación y automatización del usuario. Asegúrese de que cada dispositivo de escritorio esté instalado con la imagen de escritorio adecuada. Gestione incidentes de dispositivos de escritorio (hardware y software) hasta su resolución. Supervise los perfiles de seguridad y el software antivirus en todos los dispositivos de escritorio y tome las medidas adecuadas en caso de incumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad. Brinde soporte VIP para problemas relacionados con el escritorio por contrato y sea el punto de contacto en el sitio para todos los problemas relacionados con TI si no hay otro equipo de soporte de TI disponible, como para llamadas MI. Conocimiento y experiencia en el sistema operativo Windows 7. Es bueno tenerlo: conocimiento en EA y soporte inteligente para manos y pies. Es bueno tenerlo: conocimiento y experiencia en el soporte de dispositivos MAC y tabletas.
Experiencia con la herramienta de gestión de servicios, ex: Servicio ahora. Debe tener buena experiencia en herramientas EUC, herramientas de soporte remoto, MS Office y Outlook. Es preferible tener un buen conocimiento de Lync, VPN y compatibilidad con dispositivos móviles. Debe conocer el proceso ITIL de incidentes, cambios, problemas, solicitudes de servicio y actividades relacionadas, como la gestión de repuestos y existencias de reserva. Se requiere título asociado (AA) o equivalente de una universidad de tres años o una escuela técnica con énfasis en electrónica; Preferiblemente Licenciatura
