We are looking for experienced Supply Chain Specialists to join the Global Planning HUB, located currently in Barcelona. The Planning Hub is dedicated to Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, overseeing all elements of the E2E supply cycle. English is our working language.RESPONSIBILITIESThis position supports the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with an opportunity to collaborate and grow alongside supply chain professionals, make direct contributions to business results and lead process improvements. We are a fast-paced, multi-functional, and multi-cultural planning team. We execute with excellence the daily operations in these departments:Material planning (raw material and packaging): in charge of delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.Material Supply Management: developing relationship and leading agility projects with vendors.Production planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well capacity levelling.Sub-contractor planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers.Distribution planning: in charge of risk management (risk of products being out of stock); point of contact for the markets; responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place.Category Supply Planning: in charge of big data analysis that supports decision making; leading key processes to drive and maintain healthy levels of Inventory.In each department, we have roles dedicated to new product launches and transformations.YOUR MAIN FOCUSAs a Senior Planner You Will:Have a unique opportunity to own and lead Supply Chain processes on a global level.Generate and analyze supply chain data to drive business decisions.Identify and lead improvements in complex processes and operations.Contribute to various projects dedicated to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes.Act as a role model to the rest of the team, build capabilities in others, and coach them.This is an opportunity to develop your career within supply chain end-to-end, work within a truly multifunctional team on challenging projects and daily operations.YOU ARE A COTY FITYou like continuous challenges, big data analysis, team effort, and leading improvements.
