If this sounds like you, or you're curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Power Systems department as our new Senior Engineer for Grid-scale Solar PV and BESS and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.
Your new role As our new Senior Engineer for Grid-scale Solar PV and BESS, you will work independently to develop the engineering design, layouts and specifications of grid-scale solar PV and Battery projects for clients who seek technical excellence, efficiency and sustainability. Our highly skilled solar and battery colleagues around the world are working on various consulting projects, starting with pre-feasibility, feasibility, engineering design, technical specifications, owner's engineering, construction supervision, commissioning support, O&M planning and monitoring. Your key responsibilities will be:
Work independently and support junior colleagues on developing engineering designs and construction supervision for grid-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.Provide Solar PV and BESS expertise reviewing designs from EPCsPerform design studies on Solar PV, BESS, including yields, layouts, tender specification writing, among othersProvide project management support our multidisciplinary projectsSupport the team's tendering process by writing proposals for our clients.Your new team You will be part of the Solar and Batteries Centre of Competence in Power Systems, as part of the wider Energy division. These include:
