This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to make a meaningful impact on employee health & safety and organizational success. The role will be able to lead elements of the site OHS management system (e.G. risk assessments) and drive change in the majority of OHS subjects with management support.What you will do Support the site Safety, Health & Environment Manager to develop and maintain the site OHS management system, driving continuous improvement towards the Tetra Pak goal of zero accidents and work-related ill health.Analyze and support occupational health and safety for the whole factory and production area.Provide OHS advice and guidance to managers and employees to ensure compliance with Group OHS policy.Establish and maintain systems to support the site conformance with the Group OHS procedures and local legislation.Maintain a record of accidents and incidents and monitor completion of follow-up actions.Ensure that an OHS training program is in place to cover the significant risks on the site.Educate employees on preventive health measures, ergonomic principles, and safety practices through training sessions, workshops, and informational materials.We believe you have 3+ years of working experience (with at least 12 months experience of a similar OHS role).Knowledge of occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices.Able to lead key elements of the site OHS management system and drive change in the majority of OHS subjects with management support.Knowledge of production process and WCM safety rules will be preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.High fluency and proficiency in Spanish (ideally native) and English.We Offer YouA variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape.A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results.An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion.Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements
