En el Internship Program la compañía te ofrece unas prácticas de 12 meses en la división de One.Aftersales, en el departamento de Group After Sales, que se combinan con la realización de un Master in Management and Digital Business in the Automotive Industry en ESIC Business & Marketing School, parcialmente subvencionado por la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**:
Seguimiento de negocio:

- Analizar y recopilar resultados de negocio y tendencias vinculadas al plan de marketing y programa motivacional de las marcas VWT, LCV y SKODA
- Colaborar en la gestión y desarrollo de productos asociados al servicio: extensiones de garantías, contratos de mantenimiento, conectividad, etc.
- Dar soporte al equipo de One.Aftersales de las marcas en la coordinación de los materiales offline del plan de marketing.
- Dar soporte en la resolución de incidencias dando soporte a la unidad One.Aftersales

Desarrollo del negocio:

- Identificar y estudiar acciones y actividades en el sector.
- Colaborar en la optimización de los procesos y sistemas actuales.
- Colaborar en la implantación y puesta en marcha de nuevos proyectos.
Reporting:

- Apoyo en la elaboración y envío de reportes al fabricante.
- Apoyo en la elaboración de presentaciones e informes para convenciones y ponencias.
- Apoyo en el seguimiento del presupuesto de marketing fijo de las marcas ,gestión de solicitudes de compra, pedidos y facturas.
