Role Overview: As a Design Lead you will guide our team of three marketing designers. In this pivotal role, you will shape the strategic vision for our brand, drive innovative design efforts for all marketing campaigns, and oversee the end-to-end design process for marketing projects. Your expertise will ensure our brand identity is consistently applied and represented across all marketing channels and materials. Your Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 marketing designers Build creative function and collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging professional growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new design team members Design Strategy and Vision: Develop visual brand architecture, branding guidelines and tone of voice in collaboration with marketing, product teams and stakeholders Ensure the company's brand identity is consistently applied and represented across all marketing channels and materials Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's marketing design remains competitive and innovative. Campaign Development and Support: Lead the design efforts for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, and promotional materials. Create compelling visual content that supports lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Work closely with the content team to design visually engaging and informative infographics, whitepapers, case studies, and other content marketing assets. Collaboration and Project management: Oversee the end-to-end design process for marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of design assets. Collaborate with marketing managers, content creators, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Ensure all marketing materials meet the company's standards for visual excellence, brand consistency, and messaging clarity. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design workshops to drive creative solutions and innovative marketing ideas. Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing design initiatives, using data and insights to inform future design decisions. Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize design elements for better engagement and conversion rates. Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes, tools, and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Your Required Skills and Experience :
5+ years of experience in marketing design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and materials in a B2B SaaS environment Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing design projects and demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and user-centered design Branding concepts development cases is a must Website development projects is a must Frontend / technical website tech stack understanding is a plus. No-code website builders experience is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
