At our branch in Barcelona, we are looking for you A Visual Designer who wants to be part of a tightly knit team, working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in Spain and worldwide.
Do what you love As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging designs across various platforms based on creative briefs and client meetings.
Design Creation: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of supports and channels, including websites, mobile apps, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and presentations for clients.Branding: Develop and maintain a strong visual identity, ensuring consistency across all visual elements for a diverse range of clients.Motion and illustration skills: Experience creating video pieces and illustration assets. It doesn't require a professional; mid-level expertise is sufficient.User Interface (UI) Design: Have basic knowledge of creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital products.Collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, and operations manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Research: Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.What makes us curious At least 3+ years of professional design experience, specifically with a focus on visual design and branding.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.A proactive approach and a problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and Figma for digital design.Hands-on when needed, with proficiency in sketching, visualizing, animating, and employing visual design techniques such as value proposition development and concept creation.We hope you choose us because we offer: Manyhomes: A truly international work environment with the opportunity to work across teams and cultures + spend a week per year in one of our 15 offices (we pay for flights & accommodation).Trust: You decide when you want to collaborate with colleagues in the office and when you need some focused time at home.No design divas – at Manyone we value true collaboration and shared learning.Tons of learning and development opportunities + a dedicated 1.000€ annual development budget and paid time off.Tax-Free Benefits that cover mobility-, health- and many more budgets.We understand the struggles parents might be facing in terms of childcare, that's why we added 2 more child-sick days to the statutory amount.Help us shape everything that's next.
