Senior Enterprise Architect en 100% En remoto.Desde HAYS estamos colaborando con una compañía líder global en consultoría tecnológica dedicada al desarrollo tecnológico de soluciones adaptadas a las necesidades empresariales del cliente desde la estrategia y el diseño hasta la gestión de operaciones.Para hacerlo cuentan con una profunda experiencia en la industria y un dominio de los campos en constante evolución de la nube los datos la inteligencia artificial la conectividad el software la ingeniería digital y las plataformas.Actualmente buscamos un/a Senior Enterprise Architect responsable de asegurar que las decisiones arquitectónicas apoyen tanto la estrategia empresarial como la de IT alineándose con los estándares planos y hojas de ruta relevantes del cliente en el dominio de Recursos Humanos.¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?- Proporcionar orientación experta a la organización respecto de aplicaciones empresariales de RRHH como Workday ServiceNow Cornerstone SBX Degreed Workhuman o Eightfold.ai.- Liderar la planificación estratégica a 1-5 años desarrollando estándares de arquitectura hojas de ruta y planos para una o más áreas de enfoque arquitectónico.- Responsable de entender y desarrollar bloques de construcción de arquitectura para apoyar la implementación de la Arquitectura Empresarial y de diseñar soluciones integrales que cumplan con los requisitos empresariales y estén alineadas con la Arquitectura Empresarial del Cliente.- Participar en evaluaciones y revisiones arquitectónicas contribuyendo al desarrollo de la capacidad de Arquitectura dentro de IS documentando y compartiendo conocimientos y mejores prácticas con otros arquitectos.¿Cuáles son los requisitos?Licenciado en Informática Sistema de Información o disciplina relacionada.Más de 10 años de experiencia en arquitectura con implementación de HCM (idealmente Workday) para una organización global.Experiencia en el desarrollo de estrategias de negocio innovadoras para una empresa global con impacto en equipos multi-funcionales.Comprensión de la Gestión del Capital Humano Adquisición de Talento Compensación eLearning y/o Experiencia del Empleado.Experiencia demostrada en el liderazgo de cambios desafiando los enfoques/ideas preestablecidas.Desarrollo y gestión de relaciones con proveedores externos.Experiencia trabajando y desarrollando políticas procedimientos y directrices dentro de un entorno seguro de calidad y de cumplimiento.Nivel de inglés C1 ¿Qué ofrecemos?- Proyecto estable.- 100 remoto.Estamos esperando perfiles como el tuyo apasionados con la tecnología y que quiera enfrentarse a un nuevo reto.Si es tu caso inscríbete en la oferta para que podamos contarte másWorkday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone
